摘　　要：通过具体的工程实例，详细阐述了如何选定经济合理技术可行的变更方案，指出了准确核算变更项目单位的合理性为计量支付的关键环节，最后介绍了合同管理与计量支付的重要内容，以保证工程投资的合理性。Combined with practical work the measures how to select reasonable and practicable change plan are elaborated. The necessity to correctly check unit cost of project is pointed out, which is critical for measurement payment. In the end contract management and measurement payment contents are introduced in order to ensure reasonable investment.
