摘　　要：由沿海盐碱地区的外装修损坏情况，确定了泛碱是引起外墙装修破坏的主要原因，介绍了泛碱的现象、危害及条件，分析了泛碱形成的原因，并提出了防治对策。Aiming to the damage condition of exterior wall fitment in the costal alkaline zone, it ensures the salt petering is the main reason of generating exterior wall fitment damage. Then it introduces the phenomenon, hazard and conditions of salt petering, and analyses the reasons of generating salt petering and brings forward prevention countermeasures.
