摘　　要：针对江西省县际及乡村公路建设实际情况，从业主、设计、承包商和监理等方面考虑，探讨了有效控制县际及乡村公路工程造价的措施，以促进农村经济的快速发展。According to the construction situations of intereounty and rural highway in Jiangxi province, from owner, design, contractor, supervision and other aspects effective measures for engineering cost control are , introduced in order to prorate rapid development of mini economics.
