摘  要:目的建立一种灵敏、可靠的唾液葡萄糖全自动分析方法,并评价其在监测血糖浓度中的价值。方法用2,4,6-三溴-3-羟基苯甲酸(TBHBA)取代葡萄糖氧化酶测定法的苯酚,在HATACHI 7150上测定唾液葡萄糖,并观察糖尿病患者唾液葡萄糖的变化及与血糖浓度之间的相关性。结果经方法学评价,葡萄糖浓度在60mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,精密度检测CV值批内3.3%,批间3.8%,平均回收率100.3%,受干扰物影响较小。糖尿病患者唾液葡萄糖含量高于正常对照组的含量(P<0.05),唾液葡萄糖与血浆葡萄糖相关系数r=0.87(P<0.01)。结论以TBHBA为色原的全自动分析方法可准确地测定唾液葡萄糖,并可对糖尿病患者血糖浓度进行无创性检测。Objective To establish an automatic enzymic assay for the determination of saliva glucose and to investigate its value of clinical application in monitoring blood glucose in diabetic. Methods 2,4,6-tribromo-3-hydroxybenzoic acid(TBHBA) was used as a new chromogen for the determination of ,saliva glucose on biochemical analyzer. Results The linear range was 0-60 mg/L. The CVs of among-batch and between-batch were (5%. The average recovery rate was 100.30%. There was a significant correlation between plasma glucose and saliva glucose(r=0. 87). Conclusion The established method can play an important role in the determination of saliva glucose to monitor blood glucose in diabetic noninvasively.
