摘　　要：由于血脑屏障的存在,许多神经中枢系统疾病的潜在治疗药物在应用中受到限制.寻找有效的给药途径,避开血脑屏障的阻断,将药物直接运送到中枢神经系统一直是神经科学家面临的挑战.本文介绍了血脑屏障,并综述了目前已经建立的和正在探索中的几种解决血脑屏障问题的方法,同时,从液体受限的角度给出了初浅的讨论.There existing blood-brain-barrier （BBB） problem, a variety of potential drugs for curing the illness of nerve center system（NCS） are restricted in the process of drug application. Finding an effective approach to carry drugs, keeping off BBB and taking drugs to NCS directly puzzled neurologists all long time. The article summarized several methods established or to be found. What＇s more, this paper still discussed something about the drugs through the brain vasa from the point of view of confined liquids.
