摘 要:由Li2CO3和不同工艺制备的Co3O4为原料,合成了LiCoO2。XRD测试表明:不同Co3O4制备的LiCoO2的晶胞参数a和c值不同。电化学性能测试表明:比表面积大的Co3O4合成的LiCoO2具有更高的首次放电比容量,微晶尺寸大的Co3O4合成的LiCoO2具有更好的循环性能。LiCoO2 cathode materials were synthesized with Li2CO3 and different Co3O4 as raw materials, in which Co3O4 was prepared by various processes. XRD test showed that the values of the lattice parameters a and c of LiCoO2 prepared with different Co3O4 as raw materials were different. The electrochemical performance tests indicated that LiCoO2 synthesized by Co3O4 with bigger specific surface area, and the one synthesized by Co3O4 with bigger dimension of micro crystal, had higher initial discharge specific capacity and better cycling stability, respectively.
