专科护士应对老年病人围手术期发生非专科急症决策能力的培养实践

摘　　要：目的提高专科护士处理老年病人围手术期突发非本专科急症情况的能力,注重全科技能的培养,保证病人安全。方法对护士进行集体授课、护理查房、高危环节预警式学习、新手术观看同步录像及模拟抢救训练。结果实验组护士判断非专科急症的能力及非专科急症的抢救成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过培训使专科护士的全科护理技能和抢救应急能力明显提高。Objective To improve the abilities of special nurses to reply non-special emergencies in the eldly patients during the perioperative period, to pay attention to cultivate general skills, and to guarantee the safety of patients. Methods Group education, nurse ward round, pre-warning study of high-risk steps, watching synchronous kinescope and simulating salvage were given to the nurses. Results The nurses＇ ability of judging non-special emergencies and the successful rate of salvage in the non-special emergencies in the experiment group were obviously higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Cultivation can evidently improve the ability of general nursing and the ability of replying emergencies in the special nurses .
