摘 要:研究了硫酸盐竹浆氧脱木素的影响因素以及氧脱木素对ECF漂白流程的影响。结果表明:影响氧脱木素的因素有时间、温度、用碱量、氧压、保护剂MgSO4用量及反应浆浓。当时间60min、温度100℃、用碱量2.5%、氧压0.5MPa、浆浓10%、硫酸镁用量0.5%时,纸浆粘度降低不大而木素的脱除率较高。经过氧漂处理的硫酸盐竹浆的卡伯值从22.7降低到12.1,白度从23.6%ISO提高到34.8%ISO,粘度从1064mL/g降低到963.0mL/g。The paper investigates the factors of the oxygen delignification of sulfate bamboo pulp and the effect of the oxygen delignification on the ECF technological process. The results show that the influencing factors of the oxygen delignification include time, temperature, oxygen pressure, NaOH dosage, MgSO4 dosage and pulp concentration. When time was 60min, temperature 100 ℃, NaOH dosage 2.5%, oxygen pressure was 0.SMPa, pulp concentration 10% and MgSO4 dosage 0.5%, the pulp viscosity reduced not too much and the removal rate of lignin was much higher. After the oxygen delignification, the Kappa number decreased from 22.7 to 12.1, the brightness increased from 23.6% ISO to 34.8% ISO, and the viscosity decreased from 1064 mL/g to 963.0 mL/g.
