摘 要:利用HLB值理论,以吐温-80、司班-80和助乳化剂WTO,制得O/W型稳定的石蜡微小乳状液,通过对粒度分布、页岩滚动回收率、线性膨胀和润滑性的测定,研究了石蜡微小乳状液与黏土分散体系的相互作用.实验表明,石蜡微小乳状液具有很强的抑制黏土水化膨胀和分散运移的能力,且随着体系温度的升高,抑制作用逐渐加强、石蜡微小乳状液的平均粒径在140.160nm之间,正是乳状液中这些微细的石蜡颗粒通过封堵黏土表面的微细裂缝,起到了强抑制作用;同时该乳状液具有良好的润滑性,Based on HLB theory., O/W type paraffin wax microemulsions were prepared using Tween-80 and Span-80 as emulsiontiers, and WTO as co-emulsionfier. The interaction of paraffin wax emulsions with clay dispersions was investigated with respect to size distribution, shale recover, line swelling and lubrication properties. It is found that paraffin wax emusions possess strong inhibition ability for hydration, swelling and dispersing of clay minerals. The inhibition ability enhances with increasing temperature. The mean particle size of paraffin wax emulsions is 150 nm. The fine wax particles can seal the tiny apertures on clay surface, and thereby produce strong inhibition ability. Furthermore, the paraffin wax emusions have excellent lubricity.
