摘  要:化学需氧量(COD)是污水处理厂运行中重要监测项目,用两小时回馏的重铬酸钾法测定COD时间长,不能满足生产控制分析要求。本文探讨了用烘箱法快速测定涤纶工业废水生化处理中的COD,并同重铬酸钾法(两小时回馏)进行比较。测定COD为500mg/L邻苯二钾酸氢钾标准溶液20次,相对标准偏差为1.7%,氧化率为99.8%。测定生化处理水,加标回收率达97.6%。COD is an important item in the process of polluted water treatment. It should take long time to determine COD by two-hour K2CrO4 reflux method. Therefore,the method couldn't meet the demands of production,controllment and analysis. The oven method was compared to the two-hour K2CrO4 reflux method in the polluted water biochemical treatment in polyester industry in this paper,20 times were done using standard 500mg/L K2C6H6 solution with 1.7% relative standard deviation,and 99. 8% oxygenation rate. The recycling rate reached 97. 6% by biochemical treatment
