HPLC法同时测定四物合剂中芍药内酯苷和芍药苷的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立四物合剂中芍药内酯苷和芍药苷同时含量测定的反相高效液相色谱法。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250mm×4．6mm i．d．,5μm),流动相为乙腈-甲醇-水-磷酸(10:15:75:0．02),检测波长为230nm,测定5批四物合剂中芍药内酯苷和芍药苷的含量。结果:芍药内酯苷和芍药苷的线性范围分别为0．01488～0．1488mg·mL-1(r=0．9998)和0．01874-0．1874mg·mL-1(r=0．9997),平均加样回收率分别为98．2％(n=9)和98．8％(n=9)。结论:本法简便,准确、重复性好,为四物合剂的质量评价提供了方法。Objective： To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of albiflorin and paeoniflorin in Siwu Heji by RP- HPLC.Methods： The chromatography was performed on a Kromasil C18 column（ 250mm× 4.6mm i.d., 5μm） with acetonitrile - methanol - water - phosphate acid（ 10： 17：75： 0.02 ） as the mobile phase and the absorbance was monitored at 230nm.Results： The calibration curve of albiflorin and pasoniflorin were linear over the range of 0.01488-0.1488mg·mL^-1（r= 0.9998） and 0.01874 0.1874mg·mL^-1（r=0.9997） respectively.The mean recoveries of them were 98.2% （n= 9） and 98,8% （n= 9） respectively,Conclusion：This is an accurate and credible quality control method for Siwu Heji.
