中药四君子汤抗衰老的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药四君子汤抗小鼠表老的药理作用。方法:采用D-半乳糖腹腔注射制备小鼠抗衰老模型,然后灌胃中药四君子汤,检测小鼠脑、肝MDA含量以及脑、肝SOD活性。结果:四君子汤对衰老小鼠脏器组织的SOD活性增强,抑制MDA形成。结论:中药四君子汤具有抗小鼠衰老的作用。Objective： To investigate pharmacological activities of decoction of four noble drugs on Aging mice. Methods： Aging mice model was established by injection in abdminal cavity with D - galactosel, el, then was gavaged with de- coction of four noble drugs, to measure MDA content and SOD activity in heart, liver tissues of D- gal induced aging model mice. Resuts： Decoction of four noble drugs can strenghten SOD atility of in heart. Liver tissues of aging mice and inhibit generation of MDA. Conclusion： Decoction of four noble drugs exhibites anti - aging effects on aging mice.
