摘　　要：目的:通过对基质、冷却剂的选择,寻找最佳工艺条件。方法:用已精制过的苦参总碱(95％)经正交设计,筛选。结果:基质:PEC6000优于PEC4000。冷却剂:甲基硅油好于液体石蜡。objective： To seek the best technology condition, according to the choice of the matrix and the cooling agent. Methods： Through the orthogonal design and screening with the Total Alkaloids of Sophora Flavescens （95%） which have been refined. Results： The matrix： PEC6000 gains advantage over PEC4000. The cooling agent： Methylsilicone oil is better than liquid paraffin.
