摘　　要：莱菔子素(SFN)是十字花科植物绿花椰菜中所含的一种植物化学物-异硫氰酸盐。SFN是一种Ⅱ相酶的诱导剂,可预防许多化学致癌物诱导的DNA损伤和多种肿瘤的发生。本文对莱菔子素的生理功能、抗癌机制、制备方法作了详细说明。Sulforaphane is an isothiocyanate isolated from cruciferous vegetable-broccoli as the major phase Ⅱ enzyme inducer. It has shown chemopreventive activities on DNA damage and cancers. In this paper, the review was presented on the anticarcinogenic mechanisms, physiological function and the methods in detail as well as the isolation and purification roughly.
