摘  要:有机硅低聚体的研究是促进有机硅及其改性树脂发展的重要因素。本文通过正交实验详细讨论了有机硅低聚体合成工艺的影响因素。结果表明:加水量是影响低聚体合成的主要因素,当加水量为完全水解量的60%以下时,能合成贮存性稳定且适合于改性的有机硅低聚体。另外,用FTIR对合成的低聚体进行表征,其结构与理论相符。The research of organic silicon oligomer is important to promote the development of organic silicon resins and its modified resins. The factors influencing its synthesis are discussed in detail by orthogonal experiment. The result indicated that the instilled water quantity was the main influencing factor, and when water quantity was fewer than 60% of complete hydrolysis quantity, the synthetic resin was suitable for modified and the storage stability was good. In addition, the IR indicated that the structure of silicon oligomer was the same as the theory showed.
