摘　　要：本文借助于三阶常系数线性系统（３）的李雅普诺夫函数（４），运用“类比法”构造了一类三阶非线性系统（１）的李雅普诺夫函数。This paper has made up a Liapunov's function of a class of the third order nonlinear system (1) with the help of the Liapunov's function (4) for the third order constant coefficient system (3) and by the use of the “comparsion method',thereby deriving sufficient conditions of the global stability of the nonlinear system (1)
