摘　　要：分析涂尔干“职业群体”的社会整合观以及这一理论观点对当代中国构建和谐社会的启示:即重建符合当代中国社会发展要求的职业伦理,并发挥职业伦理的社会整合作用;建立和完善代表各职业群体利益的民间组织,使之在与市场、政府的互动中表达和维护自己的利益。The text focuses on analyzing the social integration view of Emile Durkheim＇ s ＂corporation＂ and its enlightenment to our country in constructing a harmonious society . That is to rebuild professional ethics adopted to the social development demand of contemporary China , and to give play to the role of the social integration of the corporation , and to create and improve the non - government organization representing each professional group interests, making them？ express and maintain their own interests in the interaction among the market, the government and themselves.
