摘　　要：随着经济全球化和国际竞争的加剧,科技已经成为经济社会发展的一个重要基础性资源和引领未来发展的主导力量,而自主创新能力正在成为国家竞争力的核心。但是,目前我国的关键技术自给率过低、自主创新能力始终不强,这些将会严重制约经济持续发展。因此,当前在我国加强自主创新势在必行,具有重要的战略意义。With economic globalization and international competition turning fiercely, science and technology has become an essential fundamental resource of economic social development and will be the predominant power in the future. Meanwhile, independent innovation capability is becoming a core of national competition capacity. However, self-sufficient rate of key technique in our country is too low, while independent innovation capability is still not strong enough. And all of these problems will seriously restrict economic sustainable development. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen independent innovation in our country at present, which have important strategic significance.
