摘  要:对用镀铝膜复合的包装材料因镀铝层附着力下降,从而造成复合膜剥离强度不达标的现象进行了探讨,列举了一些对镀铝层转移(因镀铝层附着力下降,剥离时镀铝层与原蒸镀基材脱离,“转移”至对侧复合面)机理的错误认识,用实验方法论证了镀铝层转移现象的根本原因———内应力的影响。从如何释放内应力的角度提出了一些解决镀铝层转移的方法。This article discusses the phenomenon of complex film's peel strength failing to reach the standards caused by the reduction of the aluminum coating adhesion in aluminum film composite package materials. I emphasize a misunderstanding of the aluminum transfer mechanism (i. e. , the decrease of aluminum cohesion resulting in the aluminum detachment, with its evaporation base material and "transfer" to the opposite composite face during the peeling). Demonstrated by experiment, the fundamental reason of aluminum transfer is the internal stress. At the end of this article, some methods to resolve aluminum transfer by means of releasing internal stress are advanced.
