摘　　要：学习对象元数据(LOM)是学习对象(LO)在网络间共享的关键技术之一,为了便于LOM的制作,开发了一个LOM编辑工具。该工具是通过编写Eclipse平台的插件而实现的,支持相关标准中规定的22种数据元素集。该插件实现了包括LOM的创建、插入、修改、查询和删除等功能,并采用广泛使用的XML格式进行存储。测试结果表明,该编辑工具有效地解决了LOM的制作和存储问题。Learning Object Metadata （LOM） is one of key techniques for the share of learning objects in the web. To facilitate the authoring of LOM, we developed a LOM editor. The editor is implemented by a plug-in of the Eclipse platform, supports 22 data elements specified by relevant standards. It includes following functions： creation, insertion, modification, query and deletion of LOM; and it stores LOM in the popular XML format. The test results prove that the editor effectively solves the problems of LOM authoring and storing.
