消咳喘片治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察消咳喘片治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效与安全性,对130例喘息型慢性支气管炎患者进行临床观察。其中治疗组100例,用消咳喘片进行治疗;对照组30例,用复方川贝精片进行治疗。对咳嗽、咯痰、喘息及哮鸣音单项征状改善疗效、急性发作期疗效、慢性迁延期(喘息型)疗效及体温改善几方面进行分析。发现在单项征状改善疗效方面,治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为96.0%和73.3%,两者疗效有显著差异(P<0.01),消咳喘片疗效优于复方川贝精片;在急性发作期疗效方面,治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为94.0%和83.3%,两者疗效有显著差异(P<0.01),消咳喘片疗效优于复方川贝精片;在慢性迁延期(喘息型)疗效及体温改善方面,两者均有疗效,但无统计学差异。说明消咳喘片是治疗慢性支气管炎的有效药物,值得临床推广使用。To observe the clinical curative effects and safety of Xiaokechuan pellets on chronic bronchitis patients, 130 chronic bronchitis patients （gasp for breath） were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group（n=100）, in which the patients were treated with Xiaokechuan pellets, and the control group（n=30） , in which the patients were administrated with Chuanbeijing compound pellets. Symptoms （such as cough, stethocatharsis, gasp and wheezing rale） relieving, therapeutic effects on patients in acute episode phase, therapeutic effects on patients in chronic lag phase and body temperature amelioration were statistically analyzed. In symptoms relieving aspect, the total effective rate of treatment and control group were 96.0% and 73.3% respectively. The curative effects of Xiaokechuan pellets were better than those of Chuanbeijing compound pellets （P〈0.01）, and the same for therapeutic effects on patients in acute episode phase. Although therapeutic effects on patients in chronic lag phase and body temperature amelioration were similar in two groups, Xiaokechuan pellets and Chuanbeijing compound pellets were effective on treating chronic bronchitis patients. The results show that Xiaokechuan pellet has better efficacy to treat chronic bronchitis and is safe to use clinically.
