摘　　要：通过实例介绍了运用Excel来处理CubixProX射线衍射仪分析数据报表的方法。用VBA语言编写了在Excel中运行的加载宏,将数据库中的分析数据导入Excel,利用Excel的自动处理数据功能,实现中文数据报表的输出。该方法简单方便、易于维护和改进,具有一定的实用价值,为仪器使用者提供了有用的参考。A method of dealing with data report of Cubix Pro X-Ray Diffractometer through an example is introduced. A Excel add-in programs with VBA is created to import data into Excel from database. Using the automatic data processing functions of Excel, the format and print chinese data report are presented. This method is simple and convenient, easy to maintain and improve. It has a certain practical value and has provided the useful reference for the instrument user.
