胺碘酮治疗充血性心力衰竭合并室性心率失常98例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察胺碘酮治疗充血性心力衰竭合并室性心律失常疗效及安全性。方法选择充血性心力衰竭合并室性心律失常98例,给予口服胺碘酮(商品名可达龙)6周。结果治疗3周后总有效率65%,24例阵发性室性心动速(PVT)也被终止,(65.68±10.56)m s减至(42.25±10.06)m s(P<0.01)。治疗6周后观察总有效率75%,QT d由(65.68±10.56)m s减至(36.65±7.56)m s(P<0.01)。结论胺碘酮是治疗充血性心力衰竭合并室性心律失常有效的药物之一,而且副作用反应轻,使用安全。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of amiodarone in the treatment of congestive heart failure associated with ventricular arrhythmia. Method 98 patients with congestive heart failure associated with ventricular arrhythmia were treated by amiodarone for 6 weeks. Results Total effective rate was 65% after 3 weeks,and 24 paroxysmal ventricular tachycardla （PVT） were stopped. The QT dispersion （QTd） was also decreased （65.68±10.56 vs 42.25± 10.06）（P〈0.01）. After being treated for 6 weeks,the total effective rate was 75%. The QTd was also decreased （65.68±10, 56 vs 36.65±7.56） （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Amiodarone is one of the effective drugs for congestive heart failure associated with ventricular arrhythmia. It is safe and has few side effects.
