足背皮瓣移位在足部组织缺损中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨应用足背皮瓣修复足部软组织缺损的技术。方法根据足部创面的大小和位置,设计足背皮瓣,转移至受区。结果8例皮瓣中,完全成活7例,1例部分坏死,经植皮后创面愈合,成活皮瓣外观及功能满意。结论足背皮瓣是修复足部组织缺损的理想皮瓣,该皮瓣转移范围大,供受区相近,供瓣区隐匿且不影响负重及行走。Objective To apply dorsumpedicle flap in repairing the tissue defect of foot. Methods The size and location of the wound of the foot were first considered carefully and a flap was designed accordinly and translanted to the recipient area. Results 7 of the 8 cases of flaps survived completely,the other one survived partly,and healed up by isolated skin transplant again. Through following-up,the effect was satisfactory. Conclusion The dorsumpedicle is an ideal flap for repairing the tissue defect of foot. It is large in size and has the similar color to the recipent area. The area taken is not only invisible but also unfluenced to physical activities.
