子宫内膜异位症患者血清SIL-2R和CA199检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫内膜异位症患者血清S IL-2R和CA 199水平的变化及临床意义。方法应用放免法测定31例子宫内膜异位症患者血清CA 199含量,酶联比色法测定S IL-2R含量,并与30名正常健康人作比较。结果子宫内膜异位症患者血清CA199和S IL-2R水平高于正常人组(P<0.01)。子宫内膜异位症患者血清CA 199敏感性和特异性分别为61.8%和74.2%,S IL-2R敏感性为87.8%,特异性为61.4%。两者联合测定敏感性可达88.1%。结论血清CA 199和S IL-2R水平测定能提高子宫内膜异位症诊断的敏感度,有一定的临床价值。Objective To study of serum CA199 and SIL-2R levels in patients with endometriosis and its clinical significance. Methods Serum CA199 levels were detected with RIA and SIL-2R level hy ELISA in 31 patients with endometriosis and 30 controls. Results The serum levels of CA199 and SIL-2R in patients with endometriosis were significantly higher than those in controls（P〈0.01）. The sensitivity and ,speciality of CA199 for endometriosis was 61.8% and 74.2% respectively,and for SIL- 2R,87.8% and 61.4%respectively. The sensitivity of the combined determination of CA199 and SIL-2R for endometriosis was 88.1%. Conclusion Combined determination of the serum CA199 and SII.-2R levels in serum can increase the diagnosis sensitivity for endometriosis.
