白蛋白利凡诺络合物解离条件研究

摘　　要：用利凡诺法生产人血白蛋白的关键是白蛋白利凡诺络合物的解离，它直接影响着白蛋白生产的进程与白蛋白的回收率以及质量。为此，本文研究了ＮａＣｌ浓度、温度、ｐＨ值与利凡诺的质量等因素对解离的影响．摸索出几种在解离不良的条件下仍能获得较高产量和优质产品的有效方法．The dissociation of rivanol-albumin complex is a key to the Preparation of plasma albuminwith rivanol method. It directly influences the preparation procedure, recovery yield and quality of albumin.In the paper, we reported the effect of several factors such as the concentration of NaCl, pH, temperatureand the specific quality of rivanol on the dissociation of rivanol-albumin complex. A few treatment methodswere investigated in the bad condition to obtain higher yield and quality of albumin.
