摘　　要：当前严峻的犯罪态势对传统侦查模式提出了诸多新的挑战,面对各种计算机犯罪和网络犯罪,计算机侦控技术作为在新形势下的技术侦查手段,在计算机技术发展的今天被提了出来。计算机侦控技术应用于侦查破案中将大幅度增加情报信息的获取量,对于缩小侦查范围、获取犯罪证据、提高破案率有很大作用,将给当前的计算机犯罪、网络犯罪以沉重打击。The grim situation on traditional crime detection model made a lot of new challenges, in the face of various computer crime and cyber crime, computer investication and control technology in the new situation as a technical reconnaissance means, in the development of computer technology today was raised. Computer technology for the detection of organized crime will be a substantial increase in the volume of intelligence information to be obtained, for narrowing the scope of investigation to obtain evidence of the crime, the techndogy plays a great role on improving the detection rate, and will present computer crime, cyber crime with a heavy blow.
