摘　　要：目的探讨腹蛇咬伤致肾功能损害的预防和治疗方法。方法对21例腹蛇咬伤致肾功能损害患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果21例腹蛇咬伤并发不同程度肾功能损害患者均获治愈。结论腹蛇咬伤致肾功能损害患者，早期进行积极合理有效的综合性治疗，可明显增强疗效，提高治愈率。Objective To explore ways and means of preventing and treating renal functional lesion caused by agkistrodon bite. Methods 21 patients of renal functional lesion caused by agkistrodon bite were analyzed retrospectively. Results 21 patients who suffered from renal dysfunctional caused by agkistrodon bite were all been cured. Conclusion For patients of renal functional lesion caused by agkistrodon bite,it can obviously enhance curative effect and cure rate to undertake positively reasonable and effective comprehensiveness treatment in the early time.
