三唑酮对蚕豆离体叶片衰老过程中叶绿体色素和蛋白质含量的影响

摘　　要：在蚕豆离体叶片衰老过程中,叶绿体色素和蛋白质含量均不断降低。用50m g.L-1的三唑酮溶液处理蚕豆离体叶片,能显著抑制其叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素、水溶性蛋白质及非水溶性蛋白质含量的下降,表明三唑酮具有延缓蚕豆离体叶片衰老的作用。During the senescence of detached Vicia faba leaves, the contents of chloroplast pigment and protein reduced constantly. Treatment with 50mg·L^-1 triadimefon on detached leaves of Vicia faba can distinctly restrain the decline of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, carotenoid, soluble protein and insoluble protein contents. These results suggested that triadimefon retarded effectively the senescence of detached Viola faba leaves.
