摘　　要：农村社区建设具有能切实解决农村社区的各种问题、缩小城乡差别、促进农村经济社会发展的功能,是构建农村和谐社会的有效途径。各地在构建社会主义和谐社会的过程中,应以农村社区建设为切入点,推进农村和谐社会的构建。加快农村社区建设必须以村落为范围、以创新为动力、以村民自愿参与为前提、以服务村民为宗旨、以促进农村发展为目标。The rural community construction can effectively solve the problems of rural communities, reduce the rural-urban disparities, promote the rural economic and social development. It is an effective way to construce the harmonious rural society. In the course of construction a harmonious socialism society, rural communities should be build as the starting point and promote the construction of a harmonious rural society. The acceleration of the rural community construction should be villages-centered, and innovation-driven, with the voluntary participation as a precondition, with promoting rural development as objectives aiming at providing services for villagers.
