摘　　要：从优化居住小区消防给水系统出发,以减少建设投资费用为目的,结合荔港南湾花园的消防给水工程实例,从技术经济上分析了本居住小区采用区域集中消防给水系统的合理性和优越性,并介绍了该系统各组成部分的设置和电气控制技术.In order to optimize the water supply system for fire control in residential area and reduce the construction investment of the system, centralized water supply system for fire control was used in the residential area of South Riverbay and it was found that the centralized system has more advantages in technology and economy, and method of how to select the equipment and control the system was proposed.
