摘 要:初步报道从辽宁不同地域自然保护区的自然森林土壤中分离到木霉菌,共计12种,其中长孢木霉是中国新记录种,卷曲木霉和粗壮木霉为东北地区首次报道。从形态学上给出了分种检索表,探讨形态学特征在木霉菌分类鉴定中的作用,认为木霉菌的形态学分类鉴定仍是目前对木霉菌株进行分类鉴定的有效方法。初步分析木霉菌在辽宁的自然分布状况,结果表明:辽宁东部山区木霉菌资源最丰富,在自然生态条件下,木霉菌在有机质丰富、环境潮湿的森林表层土壤中分布几率较高。In the paper twelve species of Thichoderma which were separated from forest soil samples in different nature reservations of Liaoning province were primarily reported, among which, the species of longipile T., spirle T. and strigosuma T. were firstly recorded in Northeastern area of China.The stares of morphological characters on classification and discrimination of Trichoderma spp, was discussed. And the authors thought that the study method about taxonomy and discrimination based on Trichoderma morphological characters was still effective in discriminating Triclwderma species at present. The prirmary analysis of the natural distribution of soil Trichoderma spp. showed that the eastern mountain of Liaoning province was the district that lind the most abundant Trichoderma resources. In natural condition,Trichhoderma spp. was frequentlv occurred in the forest soil with humid and rich organic material.
