摘 要:选用液体石蜡为油相,吐温-80为表面活性剂,司盘-80为助表面活性剂,去离子水为水相,在制备三元相图的基础上,考察微乳区的分布范围,筛选最优处方,考察其稳定性,以利福平为模型药物考察其对难溶性药物的增溶。结果:电镜检测该微乳基质的平均粒径在30 nm,该微乳基质稳定性好,并能增加难溶性药物的溶解度。结论:该基质可作为一种兽用药物载体增加难溶性药物,以提高难溶性药物的生物利用度。To prepare a kind of micro-emulsion system of animal and study the stability and incorporation to hydrophobe drug, the mineral oils, Tween-80 and Span-80, were selected to prepare micro-emulsion with water. Pseudo ternary phase was used to investigate the distribution of miero-emulsion. The best recipe was selected and the stability was studied. Rifampln was used to investigate the drug incorporation of micro-emulsion. The observing result with transmission election microscopy indiated average particle size of micro-emulsion was 30 nm, the stability and the drug incorporation were all good. As one kind of drug carrier, micro-emulsion can be used to inaprove incorporation and biological utilization factor of hydrophobic drugs.
