油菜不育系与菜心种间杂交后代花粉育性观察

摘　　要：菜心(Brassica parachinensis)(2n=20,AA)和油菜(Brassica napus)(2n=38,AACC)有AA组染色体相同,且其种间杂交有低度育性,为将油菜雄性不育基因转育到菜心上提供了条件。实验表明:杂交后代的花药不育率比较是F1代<BC1代<BC3代,在BC3代的群体植株测定中,不育比率为94.60%,接近BC2代植株不育率水平,说明在不断的回交过程中,植株的不育率越来越高并相对稳定。Brassica parachinens （2n = 20, AA） and Brassica napus （2n = 38, AACC ） have the identical AA genomes and their interspecies hybrid has low fertility,The favorable condition for the Brasslca Napus male sterility gene transferred into Brassica parachinens was researched. The results showed the pollen of hybrid offspring infertility rate was：Fl 〈 BC1 〈 BC3,And the infertility rate reached to about 94,6% in BC3,which was close to BC2, and it showed that on the continuous backcross processing, the infertility rate was getting higher and higher density and relatively stable.
