摘　　要：近年来,鱼类白细胞介素研究获得重要进展,相继获得小斑点猫鲨IL-1基因和虹鳟II型IL-1受体基因,虹鳟、鲤鱼和海鲷IL-1β基因,牙鲆和鲤鱼的IL-2基因,牙鲆与虹鳟的IL-8基因和虹鳟的IL-13受体基因。对上述基因的分子克隆与表达进行了综述。Tremendous progress has been made in cytokines clone and sequence from fish in recent years, especially interleukin（IL）, The complete coding sequence of the snail spotted eatshark IL-I gene was presented,Type II interleukin 1 receptor （IL-1 RⅡ） was isolated from a rainbow trout and IL-1 beta gene in the rainbow trout, the carp and the gilthead seabream were obtained, The full length sequence of the flatfish and the carp of IL-2 were presented, The flounder IL-8 cDNA and an IL-8 homologue of the rainbow trout were identifled.A putative ILl3 receptor a2 sequence from rainbow trout was isolated and characterized, The molecule cloning and characterization of IL in fish were overviewed in the paper,
