摘  要:矿物质元素对于种植青海大黄的生长发育有着重要的营养作用。采集青海群加地区种植大黄根茎,分为皮层、韧皮部、木质部和髓部4部分,采用原子吸收光谱法分别测试其不同组织中钾、钠、钙、镁、磷的元素含量。结果表明:各种矿物质元素在不同组织中具有明显的差异性,钙元素在不同组织中含量相差高达10倍;钾元素含量较低且在根茎不同组织中含量较为接近,钠元素主要分布在皮层和髓部,镁元素主要分布在髓部,磷元素主要分布在韧皮部和木质部。不同生长年龄期的种植大黄对矿物质元素营养的种类和数量需求不同,随着生长年龄增加,种植大黄对磷、镁元素营养需求量增加,对钾、钠元素营养需求量略减。The mineral element has an important function of nutrition for the growth of cultivated Rheum. The rhizome of cultivated Rheum sp. in Qunjia of Qinghai Province was picked up and the cortex,phloem,xylem and raarrow were broken up to analyze the content of K,Na,Ca,Mg and P elements in the every tissue with the atom absorb spectrum. The result showed that mineral elements had an obvious difference in every tissue. There was 10 times difference of cement of Ca in every tissue. The content of K was low and almost same in every tissue. The dement Na was mostly distributed in the cortex and marrow. The element of Mg was mostly distributed in the manrrow. The element P was mostly distributed in the phloem cortex and xylem. The cultivated Rheum required different kinds and amounts of the mineral element nutrition with the change of growth period.
