平原·山区丘陵地带农村人力资源比较研究——以湖北省为例

摘　　要：平原、山区丘陵地带自然资源不同,农村人力资源文化状况不同,拥有的技能也不同。平原农村以初中文化程度为主,山区丘陵地带以小学文化程度为主。平原农民大都从事普通的农业生产,山区丘陵地带农民则具有特种种植的技术。平原应重点实施集约化经营和深加工项目开发,山区丘陵以特产成片种植、加工和转移开发为主。Compnring rural human resources among plain, mountain and bill areas found that there was so quite different situation in the skill of rural human resources. In the plain rural the knowledge in plantation should be popularized and in mountain rural human only had few knowledge of forestry skill.
