摘　　要：在长三角地区经济发展的过程中,上海与其周边城市的金融互动起到了非常重要的作用。产业资金量大、国内银行跨区域金融服务、提供货币业务和进行直接融资4个方面展现了上海与长三角地区其他城市之间的金融互动情况。但也出现了资金流动困难、金融基础设施建设滞后、银政壁垒和地方保护等问题。针对这些问题,提出了对策建议。In the economic development of the Yangtze River Delta Area, the financial interaction between Shanghai and its neighboring city played an important role. The status of this interaction was discussed in tour aspects： industrial capital, regional financial service of national bank, money market and direct financing. Some problems that hindered the efficiency of the interaction were found and discussed in the second aspect. It was difficulties in the capital movement, backward financial information system and the barrier between bank and govermnent and local protection. The suggestion on the policy was given
