摘　　要：描述了某电厂4×600 MW汽轮机组在调试与试运行阶段润滑油系统发生的典型事故,这些事故的起因包括油质差、重要热工信号消失、相关设备故障等,具有一定代表性。介绍了事故处理方法。Typical failures of a lubrication system, that occurred in the adjustment and test commissioning stage to a 4 × 600 MW steam turbine sets in a certain power plant are being described. Origins of the failures are： bad oil quality, failing of vital thermal information signals, faults occurring to relevant equipment; all being, to a certain extent, representative. Ways of dealing with these failures are described,
