摘 要:对土霉素在浓硫酸作用下的降解物——脱水土霉素与β-环糊精(β-CD)形成的包络配合物的条件、作用机理进行了研究,探讨了可能的包络方式,研究表明电子效应与空间效应是影响包络配合物形成的两个主要因素,测定了包络配合物的形成常数,并建立了利用转化荧光结构法测定土霉素的新方法,用该法测定土霉素的结果令人满意,回收率为98.2%~100.9%,平均回收率为99.8%(n=5).The reaction mechanism of the inclusion complexation of β cyclodextrin(β CD) and acid degraded product of oxytetracycline which results from oxytetracycline under the presence of concentrated sulforic acid was studied,the possible method of the inclusion complexation was also studied.Results indicate that the electronic effect and the stereoscopic effect are two main factors affecting the formation constant of the inclusion complexation.A method has been established to detect the content of the oxytetracycline,which depends on the transformation of the fluorescent constructure.Using this method to measure the oxytetracycline,a satisfactory result was got with the recovery between 98.1%~102.5% and average recovery 99.8%( n =5).It's a good method to detect the content of oxytetracycline.
