摘　　要：根据华东电网资源分布和区域电力市场状况,提出了“皖电东送”输电规划基本原则,结合“皖电东送”容量和电力流状况,提出了相应的输电系统方案,并对“十一五”期间安徽电网各主要断面输电能力进行了计算校验。According to the resource distribution of the East China area and the situation of the regional power market, the basic principle of the power transmission plan for the ＂Anhui-to-east power transfer＂ project is put forward. Based on the transmission capacity and power flow of the project, relevant transmission system plan is proposed. The power transmission capacity of the major lines of Anhui Power Grid during the ＂1 lth Five-Year＂ period are calculated and checked.
