摘  要:采用聚丙烯(PP)与不同量的常压阳离子染料可染共聚酯(ECDP)、与同量但组成不同的ECDP混合均匀,应用单螺杆熔融纺丝机进行共混熔融纺丝、拉伸、热定型,制备改性丙纶,研究ECDP含量与组成对改性丙纶纺丝温度和形态结构的影响规律。结果表明:①PP/ECDP共混体系的纺丝成形加工温度随ECDP含量的增加而下降,当ECDP含量达到10%,成形加工温度为190℃。②共混体系的成形加工温度随着ECDP中间苯二甲酸磺酸钠双羟乙酯(SIPE)的增加而降低。当SIPE含量达到5%时,最佳纺丝温度为190℃。③共混体系的可纺性随ECDP中α,ω-二-(4-羟基丁基)聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)含量的增加而提高。而PDMS相对分子质量在本实验范围内对纺丝温度与可纺性的影响不大。④在改性丙纶中,ECDP分散相存在于PP基体中,SIPE含量增加,分散相微粒直径增大;而PDMS的加入则改善了PP与ECDP的相容性,使共混纤维中分散相粒径明显变小。Abstract: Polypropylene (PP) chip and a series of different content and composition of easy dyeable co-polyester with cation dyestuff (ECDP) were blended, melted and spun to produce modified polypropylene fibers with single screw spinning machine. The effects of content and composition of ECDP on the spinning and processing temperature and morphologic structure of the blending system of PP/ECDP were investigated. The results showed ① that the temperature of melting spinning would drop with increase of content of sodium-5-sulfobis ( β-hydroxyethyl) isophthalate (SIPE) in ECDP under the conditions of ECDP content constant. When SIPE content was up to 5%, the optimizing melting spinning temperature was 190℃. ② that the spinnability of PP/ECDP blending system was improved when the content of α, ω-bis-(4-hydroxybutyl)polydimethyldisiloxane (PDMS) increased. The relative molecular weight of PDMS did not obviously affect the spinnability of the system. ③ that ECDP spread in PP base of the modified polypropylene fibers, the diameter of spreading ECDP in the fiber increased with the increase of SIPE content, the diameter decreased with the increase of the PDMS content because PDMS could improve the compactibility of PP/ECDP.
