摘　　要：血管紧张素II是心血管系统的重要活性物质,起着调节机体水、电解质平衡,维持机体正常血压等作用。血管紧张素II尚具有干扰胰岛素信号传递、抑制脂肪细胞分化、降低胰岛素靶组织对胰岛素的敏感性、诱导抑制胰岛素作用的细胞因子生成等多方面的作用,在胰岛素抵抗的发生和发展中起着重要作用。以血管紧张素II为靶点改善胰岛素抵抗,治疗其相关疾病已成为当前研究的热点之一。Angiotensin Ⅱ （ Ang Ⅱ） is a vasoactive peptide hormone that regulates blood pressure as well as fluid anti electrolyte balance. Recently, accumulating evidence shows that Ang Ⅱ plays an impurtant rule in the development of insulin resistance due to its muhi-physical functions, such as interfering insulin signal transduction, inhibiting geted tissues to insulin, and inducing the lin signal. differentiation of pre-adipocytes, synthesis anti release of cytokines luwering the sensitivity of tarwith negative effects on insulin signal.
