摘  要:对Fe74A14Sn2P10C2B4Si。非晶磁粉芯退火温度进行了研究,发现采用60min的退火时间,随着退火温度的变化,磁粉芯电感及品质因数在不同温度阶段表现出各自的特性。从室温至300℃之间,磁粉芯件能随着温度的升高缓慢改善,在此区间磁粉芯磁导串提高约47%;当温度在300~400℃之间,磁粉芯性能随着遐火温度的升高显著改善,在此区间磁粉芯磁导率提高76%;当退火温度在400~44012之间,磁粉芯磁导率及1M比以下品质因数达到最大值;当退火温度接近初始品化温度468℃时,磁粉芯住1MHz以上具有较好的综合性能。Influence of annealing temperature on magnetic properties of amorphous Fe74A14Sn2P10 C2B4Si4 powder core was investigated. For 60 minutes annealing, powder core present different characteristics at different temperature stages. For temperature between room temperature and 300℃ ,the magnetic properties of powder core vary slowly with the temperature, and the increment of permeability is about 47% in the temperature range. For the temperature of 300- 400℃ , the magnetic properties vary sensitively with the annealing temperature, and the increment of permeability is about 76 % in the temperature range. The powder core has the highest permeability and quality factor for frequency below 1MHz in temperature range of 400 -- 440℃ . When the annealing temperature approaches the initial crystallization temperature 468℃ , the powder core has gcod complex magnetic properties for frequency higher than 1MHz.
