摘  要:清末新政时期,晚清政府在改变传统经济政策,致力发展工商业的同时。也加强了对农业的改良。在商部和农工商部的主导下,从农政机构建设,农业政策法规制定,农会组织的倡办,农事试验场和农事学堂的建立以及农产品的改良引进等方面进行了一系列卓有成效的工作,取得了一定的成绩,产生了较为深远的影响。客观上也促进了清末农业向近代转型。During the reform in late Qing dynasty, the government changed tradition economic policy, devoted to develop industry and commerce, and also strengthened to the agricultural improvement at the same time. The chamber of commerce carded on a series of fruitful work, such as constructing agricultural organization, formulating agricultural policies and laws, initiating the peasant association, establishing the agricultural experiment station and farming school, as well as improving and introducing agricultural prod- uct, and so on. It had obtained the certain result, and had had a profounder influence. It also promoted the agriculture of late Qing dynasty to modem reforming.
