摘　　要：数字化、网络化和计算机化的环境给参考咨询工作带来了极大的冲击,参考咨询人员是工作主体,其专业素质和能力在很大程度上决定着参考服务的质量。所以笔者提出了改革图书馆现有体制及提高参考咨询人员素质的几条建议。In the digital library ,the ability of librarians is important item of user＇s service of modem library.This paper analyzes the impact factor on service quality of library .Lastly, the paper offers several countermeasures to improve the ability of the librarians.
