铜山阿魏根化学成分的研究

摘　　要：用气-质联用法分析了铜山阿魏根精油的组成,计33个化合物,鉴定出其中28个。从低极性非挥发部分分离出7个化合物,经波谱分析鉴定了其中5个化合物的结构,分别为加肯那阿魏二醇黎芦酸酯;4,11,11,10-四甲基-1,10-环氧-4-烯-6-吉马烷黎芦酸酯:5-甲氧基-3,4-亚甲二氧基苯丙酮;黎芦酸及β-谷甾醇。The essential oil in the root of Ferala tunshanica Su has been analysed qualitatively and quantitatively by means of capillary column GC/MS on the OV-1. From the essential oil, twenty eight constituents have been indentified. In the meantime, seven compo-nds has been isolated from the nonvolatile part of the essential oil in the root of this plant. Among them they are identified as jaeschkeanadiol veratrate, 4, 11, 11, 10-tetramethyl-1, 10-exirane- 4- ene- 6- germacrane veratrate, 5- methoxy- 3, 4-methylene dioxypropiophenone, veratric acid and β-sitosterol by means of spectroscopy.
