血站采血人员职业安全防护状况调查及对策

摘　　要：目的:了解血站采血人员职业安全防护现状,并探讨相关对策。方法:对血站采血人员进行问卷调查,了解有关安全防护知识和实施情况。结果:53名采血人员全部发生皮肤被血液污染过,曾被利器刺伤过者90%以上;每一个工作日洗手次数<30次的达96.2%,>30次的只有3.8%,在为献血者初筛、采血、监护、热合血袋、留样本血时戴手套操作率不高,只有78%。结论:采血人员自我防护意识不强,要加强卫生保健,严格卫生洗手,加强安全管理,做好安全防护预防感染。Objective To study current occupational safety proctection in blood collectors of blood centre and find out its countermeasures. Methods To invstigate blood collectors on how much they know about occupational proctection and how to carry it out. Results All 53 collectors have ever been contaminated by blood,above 90% were hurt by sharp tools, 96.2% collectors washed hands less than 30 times per day,only 3.8% was bed more than 30 limes per day. When screen testing,drowing blood,guarding blood donors,heeting seal blood bags and collecting blood samples, Only 78% collectors used gloves. Oonclusion Blood collectors do not pay enough attention to self proctections. We should strenthen our health protection system and safe supervisory control,clean our bands strickly in order not to be infected.
