摘　　要：目的:分析肾衰患者尿液电导率的变化以评价肾脏浓缩功能。方法:对61例肾衰患者和健康人群标本配对,用UF-100全自动尿液分析仪测定尿电导率。结果:肾衰患者和健康人群尿液电导率配对t检验,t=5.83,P<0.001,两组差异有显著性。结论:尿电导率可以作为肾功能衰竭患者肾小管浓缩功能的一个评价指标。Objective To study the changes of urine conductivity in renal failure patients, Methods 61 urine samples in the renal failure patients and the healthy were examined on the automated Flow Ccytomenter（UF-100）, and got the conductivity results. Results By paired-sample T test on the results, t= 5.83, P〈0. 001, urine conductivity in renal failure patients were obviously different. Conclusion By conductivity we can evaluate the determination of renal function of concentration and dilution.
