摘　　要：针对传统的平网印花机生产过程中出现的“错花”、“跑花”等现象,而控制系统不能实时监测,并做出及时调整的问题,提出一种将图像处理技术应用到平网印花机的对花在线检测环节的方法,设计了一种基于DM642的平网印花机自动对花检测系统.为实现平网印花机全自动对花提供了解决方案.The control system of flat screen printing machine can not inspect the off pattern and be realtime adjusted in the process of printing. The scheme that applied the digital image processing technology to the automation inspecting registration system is introduced. On the basis of the scheme, an automation inspecting registration system for the flat screen printing machine is designed with DM642, a chip of DSP. It offers a scheme to realize the automattion registration.
